Regarding Prices and Fees

Selling Price: Please refer to the price field on the product page. The selling price varies for each product. The displayed price includes consumption tax.
Shipping Fee: It varies depending on the product. The amount is displayed on each product page.
Experiences: The transportation expenses to the experience venue will be borne by the customer.

Regarding Payment

Payment Methods: Credit Card Payment (VISA/Master/AMEX), Mobile Payment (Shop Pay/Apple Pay/Google Pay), On-site Payment
Payment Timing: For credit card and mobile payments, payment will be made upon reservation confirmation. As for on-site payment, it will be on the day of service usage.

Regarding Products

Delivery Timing of Products: Will take place as stated on each product page.
Provision Location of Products: For experiences, it will be at the respective venue, as for products, they will be delivered to the designated location.

Regarding Returns and Cancellations

Cancellations can be made until the date and time specified in the cancellation policy. If a customer cancels a reservation after the specified date and time in the cancellation policy, they will be required to pay the designated cancellation fee.

*Each product purchase and experience sales page contains the respective cancellation policy.

Furthermore, if the service provider is unable to provide the service for any reason or if there is suspicion that the reason for the inability to provide the service lies within the company, the facts will be promptly investigated and a refund will be paid either partially or in full.

For Online Shopping Products

If there are obvious defects such as stains or damages that are not the customer’s responsibility, or if a different product from the one requested is delivered, the customer can apply to exchange the product within 7 days upon its arrival. For shopping products, please contact us via the inquiry form.
However, exchanges for items other than the product itself, such as the outer box or packaging materials, or any exchanges based on those reasons, cannot be made. In addition, sold-out items, discontinued items, special priced items, limited edition items, etc., the product price will be refunded.
