Y-YACHT Store is currently running a sustainability campaign at Azabudai Hills to collect unwanted frying pans and saucepans

Y-Yacht Co., Ltd., a company specialising in the planning, import and wholesale of kitchen and dining goods, is currently running a collection drive for unwanted frying pans and saucepans at the ‘Y-Yacht Store Azabudai Hills’ under the theme ‘Sustainable Choices Starting in the Kitchen’. The campaign is scheduled to run until Tuesday 30 June. Any metal items are eligible, regardless of manufacturer or brand; damaged or dirty items are accepted, and sets including lids are also welcome. The aim of this initiative is not only to plan and sell products, but also to transition towards a circular economy that considers upcycling after use; to encourage the replacement of cookware with PFAS-free alternatives (PFAS being organic fluorine compounds of which there are concerns regarding their impact on the environment and human health); and to deepen awareness of upcycling—the concept of ‘buying new items’ whilst simultaneously ‘putting used items to good use for the sake of the planet’. For each item collected, we will present a 10% off voucher. The future of the planet can be changed from the kitchen.
